This Customer Check ensures that the Emergency Admin password is changed within 5 days of creation.

Why this check?

In CHK-1135, we check for the existence of an Emergency Admin account. If it does not yet exist, a fix is recommended via Attic. This results in an account being created and you receiving the password for that account. You must then change that password.

This check verifies whether the password has been changed within 5 days of creation. 

What are the possible outcomes of the check?

This check has two possible outcomes. In Attic, this is reflected as follows:

• Okay: No changes since the last check.
• Warning: The Emergency Admin password has not yet been changed.

How should this be followed up?

If the output is Warning, we advise changing the password.

As a FIX, Attic will disable the account until the password is changed.
