Why this check?

Attic needs the connection with AzureAD to be able to verify it using Checks. We check the access by seeing if we can request the domains linked to AzureAD. If that fails, the check has failed.

What possible outcomes does the check have?

This check has a binary function. There are only two options: the access is there, or it is not. In Attic, this is expressed as follows:

• Okay: the access is properly configured;
• Critical: the access is not properly configured, action from the customer is required;

How should this be followed up?

If the check results in an output of Critical, the access will need to be reconfigured. For now, this will need to be done manually by you. We will register a ticket to provide you with the correct instructions and offer any assistance needed.
