This Customer Check verifies if the Content Filter policy is correctly configured.
Why this check?
The Content Filter is used to block unwanted emails such as spam and phishing. The check verifies if this feature is enabled, as well as if the Zero Hour (ZAP) protection is activated. This function allows emails that have already been delivered to the recipient to be removed later if they are identified as unwanted mail with new information.
What are the possible outcomes of the check?
This check has two possible outcomes. In Attic, this is reflected as follows:
- Okay: The content filter is enabled and correctly configured
- Error: The settings of the Content Filter policy are not or not correctly configured
How should this be followed up?
If the output is Error, we advise reviewing and enabling the settings.
