Why this check?

Attic monitors the email flows and checks the configuration of your email server in the cloud for any potential improvements. To perform these checks and monitoring, our system needs access to your Microsoft environment. Therefore, we continuously check if that access still exists and alert if it seems to have been revoked. 

What possible outcomes does the check have?

This check has a binary function. There are only two options: the access is there, or it is not. In Attic, this is reflected as follows:

• Okay: the access is properly configured;
• Critical: the access is not properly configured, action from the customer is required;

How should this be followed up?

If the check results in an output of Critical, the access will need to be reconfigured. For now, this will need to be done manually by you. We will register a ticket to provide you with the correct instructions and offer any assistance needed.
